Swimming gets your heart rate elevated, works your arms and legs while giving you a great core workout as well. If you have a recenter in your community head down and jump in the pool and take some laps. If you don’t you can always find a gym that has a lap pool. If you live in a small town or you want the comfort of swimming at your own home you can buy a continuous swimming pool that would allow you to simulate swimming laps in your own home.
